Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Portugal, Europe and Worldwide. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Portugal.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. Note: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

- Portugal (Mainland): 5–7 business days
- Spain: 7–10 business days
- Europe: 8–12 business days

Shipping Services
We ship via DPD (Portugal & Europe) and DHL Express (International).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
