How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times after processing are:

🇪🇸 Spain: 7–10 business days
🇪🇺 Europe: 8–12 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 8–12 business days
Including processing time, estimated total delivery times are approximately:

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over €45.
For orders below €45, shipping costs are:
- 🇵🇹 Portugal: €3.90
- 🇪🇸 Spain: €5.90
- 🇪🇺 Europe: €8.90
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: €11.90
The available shipping options and final shipping cost will also be shown at checkout.
SIZING & FIT
How do I know which size to pick?
Our T-shirts are designed with a comfortable unisex fit.
For the best fit, compare the measurements in our Size Guide with a T-shirt you already own.
If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend choosing the larger size.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return an item?
Yes. We offer a 30-day voluntary return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached and, where applicable, in their original packaging.
For orders delivered within the European Union, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, separate from our voluntary 30-day return policy.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, colour or product, the fastest option is to request a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item once the return has been accepted.

Where are Sandbreese products made?
Sandbreese is a Portuguese coastal lifestyle brand, inspired by the Atlantic coast and surf culture.
Our designs are created in Portugal, and our products are printed and prepared in Portugal.
What materials do you use?
Our products use carefully selected garments and materials. Product-specific details such as fabric composition, weight and fit can be found on each product page.
Are Sandbreese T-shirts unisex?
Yes. Our T-shirts are designed with a unisex fit.

ORDERS & TRACKING
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sandbreese.com.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or dispatched.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us at info@sandbreese.com as soon as possible and include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.
We'll assess the situation and arrange an appropriate solution.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
