Sandbreese FAQs – Your Questions Answered

 

  1. How long does delivery take?
    Mainland Portugal: 2-4 business days
    Islands/EU: 4-7 business days

  2. Can I track my order?
    Yes – once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  3. What is your returns policy?
    You can return unworn items within 14 days for refund/exchange. (See our Returns page for details.)

  4. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes – we ship to EU countries. Other locations coming soon. Shipping fees apply.

  5. How should I care for Sandbreese gear?
    Wash cold, inside-out. Avoid bleach. Air-dry when possible. See our Care Instructions section.

  6. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, (adjust to your preferences).

  7. What do I do if I receive the wrong item / defective product?
    Contact us immediately at info@sandbreese.com with your order number. We will send you a return label and replacement or refund.
